sleep.

allthegoodstuff:

i have been staying up so late recently.  i get a second wind around midnight and find myself forcing sleep at around two a.m.  and then, of course, i wake up later than i like, perpetuating the cycle.

still wide awake.  2:01 a.m.

Read a book if you can’t sleep, it helps so much, I was like you a couple of days ago.
